!!HELP!! - Discussion: Dispatcher funktioniert nicht

Hallo an Alle,

erstmal ein großes Lob an die Entwickler der Helpdesk-Lösung.
Sie ist wirklich klasse.

Leider funktioniert bei mir der Dispatcher nicht. Es sind zwar Memos unter "Soeben Eingetroffen" da; der Dispatcher wandelt sie aber nicht in Tickets um. Bestimmt habe ich eine Einstellung vergessen oder falsch gemacht.
Gibt es eine Anleitung, oder kann mir jemand sagen auf was ich achten muss?

Bin echt auf eure Hilfe angewiesen!!!
