This application is essentially a stripped down version of one I built quite some time ago, that had lots of features I found I never really used.

However, I may have stripped it down a bit too much.  There are some things I'm going to add back in, such as a profile to set some categories so that things can be filed away under 'web development' for example.

Any ideas on some essentials you'd like to see added?  The goal is to keep it as lean as possible, else there are other feature rich help desk apps on OpenNTF that may be more suitable to use.
