There is a serious defect in SpamAssassin 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 which prevents it from working correctly with this project. I recommend sticking with 3.1.1 until that is fixed. For more details see this link: <http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=4930>.
