• mail to ticket: supporter?

    Hi,



    I'm using the dispatcher to create tickets from mails. This works fine. The supporter is always set to the "DefaultSupporter". If this key is empty in the configuration, the owner of the agent is set as supporter in the new ticket. That's no problem. But If I open the ticket, I'm not able to change the supporter or to reassign it to another support. I'm only able to accept the ticket. How can i assign this new ticket to a support different to myself?
