Hopefully this project is still being developed.  Some feature requests I would like to see in xTalk:

Moving messages to other topics

Have no timeout on message editing

Administrators have universal edit rights

Sorting columns

Indenting paragraphs while editing

Justify (Left, Center, Right, Full)

Tables

Reorder forums (dragging or arrows to reorder)

Emoticons

Search (Forums,  Topics, Messages)

Section for pictures to upload to the message that can be called from within the message to display.

Attach files to messages

Being able to use an avatar or picture (we have a separate database that Sametime uses to get picture and office information to display in the Business Card.  Would be nice if we could pull from that.)
