is it possible to show/ sort the ticket not only by user oder supporter?
I habe a costom field with a status.
And is it possible to sort not only by application (first field) but allthouth by the subfields of application.
e.g. when select "PC Problem" in Application field one and then in the next field "does not start". Can i filter all PC Problems that have does not start?
I hope you unterstand this. Perhabs per Mail with Screenshot (and in german?) ;)
