I believe the problem is because the server is 64 bit but the DLL is 32 bit version. I haven't tested the program in a 64 bit server environment. so I can't be sure. But there should be some error message on the server console if the addin can't be loaded at startup, can you check if that is the case?

The only solution would be to recompile the program in a 64 bit compiler, I am not sure if that is even possible without some code changes. I will look into this problem but can't be sure if a solution is even feasible without a lot of work.
