• Question regarding creating a ticket

    Why is the field "Supporter" populated with @UserName on creation of a ticket? Shouldn't it be populated with the supportes name when accepting a ticket the first time?



    Update: found explanation, this is because users are just readers to this datbase, a new request is always made by helpdesk staff.

      Normally the database is used as a MailInDB. Users use the form "Helpdeskanfrage" or "Quick Call" ( copied to the user's mail file ) to create a ticket.

      In this case the field supporter is filled, when a HD Operator accepts the ticket.



      The creation of tickets directly in the databes by a user is not maintained yet.
