Try this checklist



Ensure you have the servlet and java libraries in the servlet path (with subdirs)



Ensure you have switched on the servlet engine.



Ensure you have rebooted the server



Ensure the $temp variable is correct set in the agent



remove your inotes.cab file from C:\winfolder\Downloaded Program Files and restart your browser
