I am very interested to test this... but i am experiencing technical troubles :

I m probably missing some installation steps. I recovered the "downloads" folder with ant. What am i meant to do with the content of this folder?

Do i need to install this on the domino server? in which directory?

Perhaps it's because i missed this step, but i have have the following error message when connecting to http://myserver/activiti-explorer : Error 404: ProxyServlet:/activiti-explorer

There is no message on the server console.

Any hint?
