    This was working well until that blurp a couple of weeks ago with the 1.5.3 and the 1.5.2 mixture. When a new ticket is created we're not getting the initial email. I double checked the keywords and it is set to mail new tickets. Any ideas? Not critical at this point, we know to check the database for new tickets, but it sure was nice when the email notification came.
