I did a little investigation this weekend, and there's a short-term fix to get your iWatch back up and running quickly. They have taken the service out of beta mode and into production status. As a result, they now send your emails out in HTML format. That's why iWatch is now broke, as it doesn't interpret the HTML correctly.

But as part of production mode, you can now create an account on Google to manage your alerts. Go here: https://www.google.com/alerts/signin?hl=en You'll probably need to click the Sign Up Now link to set up your account. Once you do that and respond to the verification email, then you'll see a list of all your alerts, along with the option to set the email format back to text. Once you set the format back to text, iWatch will start working like it did before.

It looks like I'll have to fix the feature that sets the alerts, as there is now an option to monitor web sites in addition to news. But at least you can get things working correctly in the meantime.

In this field you can enter the actual discussion topic.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
