• Not working!

    I tried the following:

    • "File - Application - Install" (not visible until you add ..)
    • "Search for new feature to install"
    • Add remote location: Name, don't know, insert Component Library, in URL I insert nrpc://__852573710072208D/site.xml
    • New location is added, then I click on Finish
    • For a few seconds, Window with Update Manager, then "Error Occured "unable to access nrpc://__852573710072208D/site.xml"
    • in status bar just see "Unable to find path to nrpc://__852573710072208D/site.xml…"



      Maybe someone can give me a hint, what I'm doing wrong.

      Short answer, "nrpc://852573710072208D/site.xml" should be "nrpc:///852573710072208D/site.xml".



      Long answer, there is a bug in the Update Site template for Actions->Show URL. It leaves out a/.

      If you open up any component doc, there is a "Install Instructions" button that will give you detailed instructions on how to add them individually.
