a great custom control! i do however experience some difficulties with its integration. i followed the steps described in the documentation but still ending up with the form (customLoginForm) being displayed. obviously i missed something but up until now i can't seem to figure out what. could you please provide some extra details (steps) on its integration? many thanks in advance and keep up the good work!
