Backoffice / Helpdesk System for Notes / Domino
I have been able to add my own list of items to the first drop-down lists in both the Module and Classification sections of a new ticket, however, i can't seem to add any further sub-classifications or sub-modules. Can you help?
I loaded up a open office document that describes how to configure the keywords for the field "application" and the dependand keywords for "Failuretype" and "Failuresubtype". For all the other keywords the configuration is the same.
