I'm having trouble understanding how the column sorting is supposed to work on the categorized views.



Specifically I was hoping that, for whichever column the sort button is clicked, it would sort within that column retaining the category information. What I am seeing happen however, is that the the resulting information displayed per row is not the same as that contained within the individual document, ie. only the column is sorted and the values in the other columns seem stay where they are.



It could just be me… To test I have downloaded the .nsf, placed it on a 6.5 domino server, ran the agent to create sample docs and opened the views in a browser (ie6), expanded a category and clicked on a column header to sort.



Any clues would be appreciated.
