I'm using the REST service to display the calendar of an (calculated) user.

By default the service only returns the first 10 rows of the binded notes calendar view. To show the current month of an user's calendar which started e.g. in 2008 I need to give the rest service quite a high row number (4000) - and it takes seconds (5-10) to display the entries.

Isn't there a more elegant way? I tried a few things with the start key property, with no success.

Or are Rest service + calendar store + iNotesCalendar not altogether necessary for this purpose?
