• No tickets when using Quick Call

    Hey



    I just downloaded this DB and I've got a question. When using Quick call from mail-template no new tickets shows up in the DB. The agent "Dispatch" and "agWatchUnassignedTickets" are running.

    What have I missed?

      Hi,



      when using the Quick-Call form, you have to setup the DB as a mail-in-database. Then copy the quick-call form to your mailfile. ( edit the sendTo field in the form and fill in the name of the mail-in-database; or name your mail-in-database "HELPDESK" )



      Then you can start creating new calls from your mailfile …
