MailScan - Discussion: mailscan problem

Periodically I find the situation, when messages are simply hang at mail.box with status 'processing note by mailscan' and no one is being processed.
Restarting mailscan w/ "restart task mailscan" helps, but this unpleasant freeze happens several times a day. I haven't found, after what it happens, so I have no data to report. Any ideas?
