The original code for this third party library was available at:

However geocities is gone. The author Skolchin, apparently created a new site on sourceforge: http://ndlib.sourceforge.net. But there are no files there and the author is not responding and I haven't found any place where the original source code is located. So I have added this third party library to the list of files in the release so that it can be downloaded and used to built the project if needed.
