• Scheduled Agent doesn't work

    Enabled the agent as required. Added a profile for 7:45AM. The profile doesn't seem to run when it should have.



    Any way to get this to work???

    • Check the following things

      1. The signer (probably you) must have the right to execute agents on the specified server. Check the security tab of the server document to control you have this right.


      2. Open the DB in the designer, then go to agents and open the MailAnalyser agent. On the properties tab, click the schedule button and check on which server it is schedule. If it's not the server you expect, either specify the server you want or choose "-Any server-".


      3. In case it stil doesn't work look int your log.nsf database ( on the server) to look for errors and post the error here (if it doesn't work than you should have error messages in the log.nsf)

        Agent was timing out because it was running longer than scheduled.
