Source Control Enablement for Designer - Defect: Different code order (Export)

If I change a function in a Script library and synch it with my local project it seems that the dxl export changes the order of lines of code.

If you view the diff with "compare with repository" you see the changing of the order of lines and new empty line.

So the compare don't provide a meaningful result.
