Uninstall through File\Application Management fails.
Navigated to c:\program files\ibm\lotus\notes\framework\shared\eclipse, found Status Updater Feature, selected, clicked Uninstall and received:

Dialog titled "Problem Occurred"; text "'Provisioning Operation' has encountered a problem. CWPPR0032E: The requested provisioning operation(s) failed."
