If I choose Hardware the failuretype is the Product and the failuresubtype is the Action which I have to do. If I choose Software it is exactly in reverse: The failuretype is the Action which I have to do and the failuresubtype is the Product. It's very difficult to create statistics for such a different order… I can't create a easy Statistics which shows me all Tickets in % per Product because of the different order
