Hi

I very much like the User Interface of this application, but I have a couple of comments.

1) As a Lotus Admin in a global corporation where we don't actually use the LocalDomainAdmin group, full access administration isn't available to me without adhering to certain processes, which will not apply to simply testing out a template like yours. Would it be possible to upload a copy with Default Access set to Manager?

2) Would it be possible to get the categories on the request form translated to english, or is that a functionality within the Operator role for administration?

In this field you can enter the actual defect.
