• Auto Reply Agent Stops Working Intermittently

    I am seeing where the auto reply agent works initially then stops working. When I enable the openlog for this agent, I can see where it finds documents to process but there is never an "End" entry in the Openlog then the auto reply is never sent. If I delete all the profile documents from the teambox, all the profile forms, and agents then replace the design of the teambox and re-enable the auto reply agent, it runs successfully. The new mail reminder agent runs consistently with no issues.
