formTable has hardcoded colspan in Footer facet

When using the formTable control in conjunction with the formLayoutColumn if you add more then 3 columns to the FormTable then the footer facet does not appy to the full width of the rendered table.

It looks like a colspan of 3 has been hard coded in com.ibm.xsp.extlib.renderkit.html_extended.data.FormTableRenderer.writeFooterFacet and also in the writeHeaderFacet
