When approving from row 2 to row 3, I got an error message in my status bar: Error 1001 Agent not found: 3.Test

After this, the document is going to next level (row) and when rejection this document, no remarks messagebox popup.

Also it looks like entering more then 5 tasks at the workflow definition document, no remarking messagebox is popping up.

If you look at the subform workflow on the main document, after tasks 5, every row has no number, but 0.
