One spam was not filtered out, and the Notes Log showed this error message.

The spam apparently triggered some sort of other error in the Domino mail router. It was displayed with this error in the document body:



[MIME content for this item is stored in attachment $RFC822.eml. Parsing MIME content failed: Incorrect format in MIME data..]



And the actual message contents appeared as an attachment named "$RFC822.eml".
