After upgrading to 8.5.3 client and installing latest 8.5.3 extlib, the control panel got totally messed up. I tried uninstalling and installing the extlib to no result.

In first group (which definitely shouldn't be data access): "Data access" entries are repeated several times. Groups "dojo form", "extension library" and "dojo layout" are duplicated. There is one group with no label at all and with many controls that has MANY controls also repeated. Screens:
