I checked out all the plugins and features from the SVN repository into an Eclipse workspace with preinstalled Expeditor 6.2.2 toolkit. I had access restriction errors in the plugin com.ibm.xsp.extlib.dwa, because it was using the Sun JVM instead of the Notes JVM. For all other plugins, the JVM was picked up correctly. Don't know if this is something that can be changed in the project on the SVN server. Changing the JVM manually helped.
