If I create a mailroute to move a new mail and send full copy to someone. The mail is moved but not send. (server and client 6.5.1)

I read the workaround here (ver 1.0a) with the mailaddresses seperated with an semicolon. But here it is only ONE mailaddress.

Any ideas?
