When I run the Not spam agent on mail in Junk mail folder, the processed mails do not get returned to the Inbox and have to be manually added from All documents view.

The code looks OK as far as I can tell, only it looks like it needs folder references to be enabled to put the mail back to Inbox. Am I right?
