Stops when hitting a document ID that already exists

When encountering a document that has the same UNID as one in the target database, the agent stops with:

Notes error: Database already contains a document with this ID (UNID)

It would be preferable to ignore the error and continue copying the remaining documents, (Would also be nice if it could indicate the failed UNID for further analysis.)
