Password not reset: person doc not modified

Hi,
I am testing this;
- request a password change
- receive msg (also mail doc and request doc are created)
- reset password using link, receive confirmation: Password reset You can now login to the application using your new password
However, the person doc in question is not modified (thus login with new password fails).
- Reset Password application is signed with Administrator ID
- Administrator is in ACL of both the Reset Password application and the Domino Directory (Manager) (not names.nsf, however changed setting doc, seems to be recognized since password e-mail is sent (it is not sent if e-mail address is removed from person doc).Checked roles etc.
Any ideas?
