When not using the address dialog list after creating a new call, but typing in a Name in the filed "Name", the fields in the form are beeing recalculated every time. You can see this very good with the Ticket# as the ticket # changes after each charachter you are typing in.

This is extremly slow if you are not in the same LAN with your server.
