Backoffice / Helpdesk System for Notes / Domino
If I create a new Trouble Ticket with the "Helpdeskanfrage" Form it is in the Helpdesk database but I can't see it. I have to open the ($ALL) view to see it
If I create a new Ticket witch the QuickCall Form it is delivered into the database but the agent creates two new tickets for one call. I guess the agent has a problem or the QuickCall Form submit button isn't correct (it seems to be different to the old one)
