XPages Wiki - Defect: Using chars like : - when making a new page breaks linkage

When creating pages using the square brackets [[blabla]], if the text contains dashes or colons, after saving the new page, the link is broken

[[test]] fine
[[test 2]] fine
[[test 2: test]] linkage broken after saving new page
[[test 3 - test]] linkage broken after saving new page

I get a 404 error:
Error 404
HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Entry not found in index
