License documentation on reused code and/or projects within an OpenNTF.org Project release

There is a new topic for discussion in the IP Working Group Forum. The discussion is around license documentation on reused code and/or projects within an OpenNTF.org Project release. Currently, we recommend that the license text be included as a File Resource within the NSF or NTF directly. This makes it hard for those who do not have access to Domino Designer.
