Hot Projects added to sidebar

We have added a list of hot projects to the side bar to help show consumers the top ten most downloaded projects on openNTF. This is an intermediate step whilst we build on the projects area of the site.

It would be nice to have the "Latest Releases" working again, and also available on the home page!

Yes - for some reason that "view" went wrong a while ago in the old homepage. Need to see what the issue was and bring that data through as well
