If you click "Send Files" without actually selecting any files, the upload process puts up the greyed out look and then just sits there.

While the upload system *really* needs to handle things like this better (as I wrote about in another defect), it would probably be even better if the system didn't allow the "Send Files" button to be clicked when zero files are selected!  :)
