If I set my "Posting Type" to "Rich Text".

Wrap the entire content of the "Read More Text"-field in "[[" and "]]".

I still get the my text wrapped in Notes dreadful Font-tag... The only option to get rid of any Domino HTML is to set "Posting Type" to "Plain Text", but then I can't use any HTML tags...
