Rules based on spam recieved

I would like to create some Rules based on the spam I recieve to be able to cut down on the amount of spam that is getting into the MailSpam.nsf file.
Is there a way to at least extract the domain names that the spam is coming from so I could easily get them in a rule.
I notice I get allot of spam from the same domain name or something similar in name.
