Can't Confirm Mesg As Good

Details
I am trying to confirm mesgs in mailgood.nsf and gtet the error mesg: "The specified [Keyword] is not appropriate when used with this @Function"
Any ideas as to how I can fix this? I am collecitng spam in mailspam, but not good mail in mailgood.
any help or guidance is greatly appreciated
