KS_RECIPIENTS should be removed before the message is copied to mail.box in the "Move selected messages to MailGood" action.

I have the situation where I have mail boxes for incoming mail (e.g. info@company.com) shared for reading by several users.

If messages in the destination mailbox contain KS_RECIPIENTS but KS_RECIPIENTS does not contain the intended readers the users responsable for reading these mail boxes will never see messages that have been moved out of MailSpam.nsf by a kSpam admin.

Similar things happen if a user has set a forward address. The final recipient will not be able to see such messages, even he has Manager access to his own mailbox.
