Migrating MediaWiki to DominoWiki

Hey,
We're in the process of migrating information from MediaWiki to DominoWiki. I noticed copy and pasting works from within Lotus Notes Client. However when viewing in HTML the formatting is all messed up. Is there an easy way to migrate this data?
