Hello,

I try to use !!HELP!! for our helfdesk. Nice programm.
Wenn starting a new ticket the fields "Mitarbeiter" (first on site) must be filled. It's only possible to fill this fields with LotusNotes User. I have the problem,that not all users are LN-users. Is it possible to fill this field with free text. Is it possible to add in this Secton a textfield and a Dropdownfield for e.g. a number of an ward.

btw: is the documentation in work?
