Check out the wiki mark-up help. Basically, you take the id "element" of your plugin url, and you place that between the relevant wiki tag. For example, this Youtube video:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=37zllkNqZFo

... becomes:

[plugin:youtube]37zllkNqZFo[plugin]

Likewise for IdeaJam

[plugin:ideajam]021BC1EA7FF5CFA78625745F002AC79A[plugin]
