domBulletin beta2, works with Domino 5?

Good evening folks,
I've been following this project with a lot of interest for a long time. I'm not a fan of bringing up problems in any kind of project like this but I just downloaded Beta 2 and cannot create a new database from, or open, DomBulletin.ntf, the error message is "Invalid NSF version".
What versions of Domino does domBulletin work on?
