Issue with Pasting Graphics into Stories

Details
When pasting copying and pasting information via Notes client into a rich text story only the first graphic is rendered correctly. How come the rest of the graphics contain a red X box and the text "A picture named M3"? Doesn't seem to process all the graphics properly. Hopefully this is something simple I'm missing.
